Effects of Statutory Withdrawal

Should you choose to formally exercise this right, we shall reimburse all standard payments received from you, including initial delivery fees. However, please be advised that if you specifically requested an expedited or bespoke delivery service that falls outside of our standard complimentary delivery threshold of €60 or our standard €10 tier, those supplementary logistical costs may not be refundable.

We guarantee that your reimbursement will be processed without undue delay. The financial transfer will be initiated no later than 14 days following our physical receipt and quality inspection of the returned items at our Éire / Ireland distribution facility. We will execute the reimbursement using the identical payment instrument you utilised during the initial transaction, ensuring maximum financial security.

You must dispatch the items back to our official boutique without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. We kindly remind you that to qualify for a full reimbursement, the items must remain in flawless, unworn condition with all official authentication tags fully attached.
